All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. During festive or sale periods, dispatch time may extend to 3–4 business days due to high order volumes. For customized or pre-order jewellery pieces, additional time of 2–5 business days may be required before dispatch.
We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, DTDC, and India Post. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your PIN code, courier serviceability, and local restrictions. On average, orders reach metro cities within 2–4 working days, tier-2 and tier-3 cities within 4–7 working days, and remote or rural areas within up to 10 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹60 handling charge. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your parcel anytime via the “Track Order” section on our website or directly through the courier’s portal.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the customer is unavailable during these attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and re-shipping charges will apply if you wish to have it resent. Currently, we ship only within India, but international shipping will be introduced soon, with applicable custom duty charges payable by the recipient.
In rare cases where there is a delay due to courier issues, weather conditions, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events, ForeverShine will not be held liable, but we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or full refund will be issued after courier verification.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept the package or record an unboxing video as proof, and contact our support team within 24 hours with photos or videos for review. Please also ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order, as ForeverShine will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
