Our Policies
At ForeverShine Imitation Jewellery, we prioritise hygiene, quality, and authenticity. To ensure every customer receives a flawless product, all returned items must strictly meet the following conditions. The jewellery must be completely unused and unworn, showing no signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup stains. Products that appear used or altered in any way will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the jewellery box, pouch, invoice, tags, and any complimentary gifts, if provided.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing. Every returned product undergoes a detailed quality inspection before approval. If any sign of tampering, usage, or modification is found, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and customisation reasons. These include earrings, customised or engraved pieces, and products purchased during sale or clearance events. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed during return shipping. Any damage or missing items caused by improper packaging will disqualify the return from refund or replacement eligibility.
Once your return has been received and approved after inspection, a replacement, refund, or credit note (as applicable under our policy) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
