Shipping and Delivery Information
At Forevershine, we aim to make your online jewellery shopping experience smooth, secure, and convenient. We deliver our fashion jewellery, earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, mangalsutras, and jewellery sets across India through trusted courier partners.
Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery across India on orders above Rs. 999, inclusive of GST. For orders below Rs. 1,000, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 100 per order will be applicable. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped from our warehouse. Business days do not include Sundays, public holidays, or courier non-working days. During festive sales, promotional campaigns, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through WhatsApp and/or email on the contact information provided at the time of placing the order. The tracking information will help you monitor the delivery status of your Forevershine order directly with the courier partner. Customers are responsible for tracking and monitoring their shipment once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, local restrictions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays. While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, Forevershine is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate before placing the order. Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address, contact details, or shipping method selected at checkout. Forevershine will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address details provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation or Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. This includes changes to: - Shipping address - Contact number - Email address - Product selection - Shipping method - Order quantity Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Failed Delivery or Return to Origin
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or any other customer-side issue, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
